Adam Levy is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group where he specializes commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, development, finance, joint venture vehicles, leasing, sales and exchanges involving mixed-use developments, development sites, golf courses, hotels, industrial parks, office buildings, residential subdivisions, shopping centers and wineries. Mr. Levy’s principal practice involves the negotiation, structuring and documentation of complex real estate transactions. Mr. Levy’s client base includes investors, developers, owners, pension funds, advisers, lenders, landlords and tenants.
