Hoffman’s practice areas include commercial real estate and business litigation, including litigation relating to breach of purchase and sales agreements, lease disputes, partnership disputes and real property disputes. Mr. Hoffman also engages in commercial real estate transactional work, including, negotiation of real estate financing, leasing, and purchase and sales agreements. Mr. Hoffman’s client base includes private investors, developers, owners, pension funds, advisers, lenders, landlords and tenants, and property management companies.
